First Game At The Temple This Year

Well the crew and I just got back from our first game at the Ballpark this year and the home team managed a nice 6-2 win over the Mariners. It was nice to see some Ranger bats come to life a little bit, though Vlad & Nelly are still doing the lion's share of the work. Borbon is still batting .000 as the lead off hitter and Hamilton just got his first hit in four games tonight. 'Ol "Cocaine" Wash needs to get the rest of these boys hitting soon. Anyway, it was a nice game and we topped off the evening with one of the Rangers' Friday Night Fireworks shows. That's one thing the club is very good at pulling off plus parking was only 5 bucks. Sweet!

In honor of the evening, here's a new BigD Custom of the second best Elvis ever. And yes, that is a BigD Custom, I just forgot the logo. I guess you could say it's my first "error" card. Later.

  1. That design might be one of your best ones yet. There's something sort of late 90's-esque about it that I really enjoy, but it also still looks modern.

    Nice work.

  2. Nice Andrus card. Hopefully Borbon starts hitting.
